I am so distressed and disapointed that one of the Winston Hills team (male) yelled at my elderly mother in front of other people that were waiting to be served because she didn't understand. You are in the service industry and being patient is a very important part of it. This franchise is not on the place to shop for your technical and communication products.
I came in store today and was greeted by a gentleman named Jeremy I informed him that I was looking to upgrade my contract instead of assisting me he told me to wait for his colleague who was with another customer he said she would only take 5 minutes.
After waiting a total of 30 minutes I called over Jeremy again and informed him that I would like him to do the upgrade as I was waiting 30 minutes for her and she still was not done.
Jeremy sat me down and went through my contract in a rude smart allic tone he asked me if I was (account owners name) then said no your not so get her to come down and sign it.
I felt as if he handled this situation unprofessionally I work in customer service environment and would never imagine treating a customer the way he treated me.
I will never be coming back to this store or optus again thanks Jeremy.
