Orange World

This is a great old-fashioned piece of real life earthy tourism. The people that run it own it and make it happen, and that really adds to the genuineness of it all. I must admit my knowledge of oranges was pretty minimal before going in, but I can certainly say that after the tour (which was ridiculously cheap) I had a veritable wealth of orange and other citrus information. It's not glossy and shiny and not really for older kids who will probably get bored with all the information, there's not much to 'do', but little kids will love the 'train ride' and the operator is a barrel of laughs. There's also a viewing platform that gives a great view not just of the orchard but also all around it, great for photos.
