Orchid Day Spa

I went in during the week to get my nails done and have a massage. The lady that did my nails (which I'm pretty sure was the owner) was sooo lovely and did such a great job. And my massage was awesome, I so needed it and the girl that was doing my massage was so sweet and polite. I loved the whole experience, I'm definitely booking again soon!

We came here for an hour massage but due to staff not being punctual we only ended up with 45 mins. Other than that this place was pretty good. The massages were excellent and the staff were very professional. Nicely set out for a place in the CBD with limited space

I had low expectations going into my experience--I mean, I found a voucher on the back of my Woolworth's receipt for a buy one, get one free treatment. Didn't exactly scream "high end." However, I can honestly say I was completely blown away by Orchid Day Spa. The interior was gorgeous, even though they are currently undergoing rennovations. I went in early at 10 am and had a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. I was worried I wouldn't get the best service since I was using a voucher, but it was perect. I actually loved it so much that I made an appointment for the following day for a spray tan and ended up being very pleased with that as well--no smell at all like some others that I've gotten. So glad I took the chance and went, will glady return.

Would not ever recommend! Extremely rude. Service is beyond bad. When asked them to fix spray tan as wasn't working due to their gun being broken they tried to charge me extra to cover it. Do not ever go there ever!

Emily, Emily - wherefore art thou Emily? I have been using Emily for years for waxing service - and she has been second to none. She is a true professional, prompt and relatively painless (as far as waxes go!). But I head that she has left a few weeks ago - any idea where she has gone, I would like to follow her to a new salon. She has been my only experience at Orchid, so not sure if it is worth trying out other staff.
