Oregan A/C installed a Daiken Ducted A/C system in our house over the Christmas Period. We got the premium invertor system to reduce noise for our neighbours and it was the right decision, the neihbours said they can not hear it. We were keen to get the 18KW to 20KW system, but they said the 16KW would be more than adequate and it was. Oregan was able to minimise the number of units required by creating a bulkhead in our ceilign so the ducting could run to another roof cavity that was seperate to the one the invertor came into. They also placed the air return so it was not visible and in a location where is was not noisy. Overall, we are very happy with the Daiken invertor we purchased, the installation and the effectiveness of the unit. I am happy to recommend Oregan A/C.

Oregan air recently did my Daikin Ducted Air install in an existing home, replacing an old unit. I got the usual 3 quotes/assessments and it's clear from this, Greg's knowledge is miles ahead of everyone else. He put in place the proper design both airflow the right Daikin unit, we've seen a huge improvement in cooling and heating compared to the previous ducted unit we had. it just goes to show that the right design is key, anyone can install an airconditioning unit, but the differentiator with Oregan air from my experience is they know what they're doing and we're really happy with the result. The install went smoothly too, all done within a day. Greg was also helpful with after sales support, he responded quick by phone and dropped by next morning to help us out. Overall a very good outcome for us, and very happy with the job from design, installation and support.
