O'Reilly Stevens Lawyers focuses on providing criminal law, family law and commercial law advice to residents in Cairns and it's surrounding areas as well as internationally.Founding partners Thomas Stevens and Stephen O'Reilly have practised together in partnership since 2000. The growth of the family law practice over the ensuing decade resulted in Bev Reaston joining the firm as head of the family law division in 2007 and later becoming a Partner. In 2012 the commercial law division expanded when Jim Reaston merged his practice with the firm and brought with him 30 years of experience as a commercial lawyer. Further partnership changes resulted in the practice returning to the name of O'Reilly Stevens Lawyers in January 2013.
Today, O'Reilly Stevens Lawyers employs a number of dedicated and experienced lawyers focussing on three main practice divisions - criminal law, family law and commercial law. In particular, our firm is skilled in providing advice and representation in all facets of criminal law, family law, wills and estate planning, conveyancing and property law and all aspects of commercial law including intellectual property.
