'Gertrude's Kitchen' is the cafe portion of Fairfield's organic foods store 'Organic Gertrude'. Chef Mark Robertson has carefully selected a nutritious and organic (not to mention tasty) breakfast and lunch menu for hungry diners to enjoy.
Soups, sandwiches, hot breakfasts and muesli are all on the menu. With a focus on fresh, home grown ingredients there is fair trade coffee, chai tea, fresh juices, home made jams and marmalade and garden salads.
