Good food, friendly staff!

Seriously yummy and nutritious food, and definitely the perfect place to bring your friends with dietary requirements (vegan, celiac, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, the lot!) because they cater for EVERYTHING!
As well as the nice, they do provide naughty options for the diet-challenged - their vegan walnut brownies are so rich, they totally hit that chocolatey spot!
The service is top notch - super friendly staff who'll go the extra mile to make you happy. I've seen $50 notes in their tip jar, that's how good the waiters are.

Great fresh food made with excellent ingredients. Their egg and bacon roll is awesome and made with proper smokey bacon! I lived in the area for over two years and don't think I've ever seen this place empty.

Really yummy food and good coffees as well as super-friendly staff. The bacon and egg sandwich on a Saturday morning is the perfect hangover cure - they add the most awesome tasting relish in the world, it's delicious. Other faves of mine include the bruchetta and the muffins. It's not the cosiest inside, but there are tables out on the street, so if it's a nice day it's the perfect spot to watch the Surry Hills crowd go by.

O Cafe - Going for a down to earth feel - if you don't know everything is organic they reemphasis everything on the menu with "Organic". Great tasting Turkish style eggs v.spicy - and the other salads and fruit muesli combos around me also looked tempting. We did comment on the fact they have tough competition with the new trendy "four ate five" cafe next door - but seemed to think with people needing to wait for tables "O Cafe" would get some overflow - so all good - an the vibe of all the cafes together was very nice people watching wise.
