I got a few of my friends together last year and we completed the K-box 4 week program. It was incredible. You will get encouraging results in a short period and have fun while you are at it. The hour goes by so quickly and you burn about 800 calories.
Apparently, this 4 week course has a buy one get one free offer to encourage ppl to train during winter. Make sure you ask them about it because i dont think it is advertised.
