Best gym, great staff. Great local business. It's not too busy so you can usually use the equipment you're after with minimal wait. The boxing class is the highlight for me, it's not just boxercise class but actual boxing training techniques are used along with high intensity cardio thrown in.
Be careful when you sign up as their cancellation process is somewhat tricky meaning you need to go in physically to the gym and if you have moved that if a pain, and you may need to give up to 60 days notice(depending on when you go into gym to cancel), hours of operation not very user friendly and there are better deals out there open 24/7
Hi! We at Ormond health and fitness are unhappy that you are unhappy! We try to be as fair and reasonable as possible! As far as our cancelation policy I feel you are misrepresenting us somewhat! We need an original signature to change the contract that we have both entered into, and as a result we ask members to either pop in and fill out a form or mail one in! It will then be actioned immediately upon receiving it! There is a 30 day cancelation policy thereafter! We are a residential suburb in Ormond therefore we cater for people to train before work(6am starts)and after dinner(9pm)! Anyway, we also include free programming anytime, studio classes from spin to yoga to bodypump, etc. And we have 3 weights areas and an awesome cardio room!
I recon that's pretty good for only $11.45 per week!!!!!
Thanks
if the option to mail in a form is available it was not offered to me, further to this you websites indicated that you must go in personally, perhaps explain the options to the staf so they understand it better,
2/ i cancelled middle of the month and i were told i will be rebill the FULL amount again on the 21st and that my membership will cease on the 20 of the following month, meaning that it was close to a 40 day cancellation. take this to the extreme and it will become a 60 day cancellation policy
What should have happened is to be billed only part of the month on the 21st to take it to the 30th day and NOT the FULL amount on the 21st.
