Pressure washing the carparks, driveway and steps every 12 months, or simply making sure your building is kept looking immaculate at all times. Unforunately this was a terribly disappointing experience. After a number of mishaps during the clean (incorrect carpet cleaning equipment brought causing a 48hour delay, issues with venetian blinds), the property was still not left in an acceptable condition. When I queried this with the owner of the company, I received a very dismissive response referring to specifics not being included in the quote (rather than assuming general spot cleaning was applicable all over). With less than 24hours until the new tenants moved in, I was left having to amend these errors by myself, without any support from the company who proudly declare a 'works guarantee'. The price premium and very poor customer service level drove me to leave a review, which I never do, in that hope that other renter's can avoid the same experience!
Interestingly this tenant has failed to mentioned she got a perfect clean report back from her agent. Unfortunately despite helping this tenant by compromising our company policies, being misinformed the building had 3 flights of stairs which our equipment could not be lifted up due to weight, we still returned at a moments notice with different equipment. The venetian blind was taken down to clean and put back up, not sure how that is deemed as an issue? The marks on walls were cleaned thoroughly, this tenant has candle wax on the wall which is not covered in our service, which appears to be a sticking point for her despite the fact we also gave her the solution to remove it.
