Really disappointed
First impression was very positive nice new practice, friendly staff and very fast with making pictures of my son`s teeth.
Then we spent about 30 min waiting until they invite us to the doctor`s room. Though, there were still no doctor there!!! His assistant asked some questions and discussed possible options which the doctor might (!!!) suggested for us. This took about 10 min and the assistant went to call the doctor for assessment. So, we waited in the doctor`s room for 40 min more!!!
Finally the Doctor came, did his examination, comment on his findings and asked us to come back for another consultation. We saw him no more than 5-10 ...read more
I have 3 children 2 of them went to Winthrop for braces. smile with confidence was new and was easy access for me with work and home, so I gave them a go......this is the worst mistake I have done. The staff are warm and friendly, the business is very clean and well presented. You are given the impression your are going to get the best treatment (and you do with braces etc) but the after service is appalling in regards to when the they are open or the dental staff don't fix the wire and it comes out or is cutting my sons mouth. What can we do we are All locked in by contracts. The Jandakot branch is only open 2 days a week and the hours are restricted nothing after work eg 5.30 or Saturdays if anything goes wrong with the wire (and it does every week) you have a choice you wait until the Jandakot branch is open or go to south perth, ...read more
