This is a polling location for the Federal Election on Saturday 2 July 2016Osborne Primary School opened in 1903 with an enrolment of 17 children and celebrated its 100th birthday in 2003.
The school has changed from a rural setting to an area of high density housing mixed with single dwellings. The catchment area is bounded by the Mitchell Freeway, Hutton Street and Main Street. The school catchment is surrounded by small factories, business offices and other commercial outlets. It is in close proximity to the city and has easy access to the freeway.
Osborne Primary School has a purpose built Pre-Primary unit. The school also has facilities to accommodate a computer laboratory, library, music, Languages Other Than English, Art and English as a Second Language.
