I booked an appointment which at this salon means you have PAY a deposit and upload a photo of yourself. I received confirmation after paying and by email. I made the mistake of calling them to add a treatment. They kept putting me on hold, they called me by the wrong name, I said the appointment was for me but then they kept referring to my daughter! They cancelled my appointment that was booked because they decided to give it to someone else while I was on hold!! Its NY eve tomorrow and they have wasted my time being so unprofessional. :-( They then sent me an email saying "they told me" it wasnt a confirmed booking AFTER I had paid for it and received the two x confirmations, that it was normal for them to change the booking if they wanted to (even though I would be charged to do the same). They cancelled because I called them and someone else wanted my booking :-( Pretty unethical
I recently attended Oscar Oscar at Garden City. I received a haircut & style,colour, neck, shoulder and hand massage. I have never experienced this type of pampering in my life. Eva provided all these services. She did the best haircut in my whole life. Her attention to detail was remarkable! She took her time to create a new me. I was blissful when I left the salon. I am 60yo and looked and felt 20yrs younger at the end of the session. I will never go to another salon and cannot praise Eva enough. She demonstrates attention to detail, has magic, healing hands and the most professional, but caring attitude rarely found in the hairdressing industry. Eva has impressed me so much that I will never choose another hairdresser in my life. Oscar Oscar please keep Eva on your staff. I give you and her ????????
