Very disappointed with my experience here. Paid $500 for a cut that was uneven, and a colour that was not what I wanted.

i asked for the ends to be lightened which seems like a simple task. i had told the girl who was doing my hair (which happened to be the store owner) that i had just got my hair bleached with foils a few weeks ago and she advised me it was still alright to go through with lightening my hair now. so she lathered my hair up with the bleach formula and i thought things were going ok. as soon as she washed my hair my hair looked stiff and they had to spend soo long trying to brush the knots out which doesn’t normally happen. my hair looked ok when i was leaving, but as i was leaving they seemed very cautious and were sahinf to me “yeah you ...read more
