Oskars on Burleigh

The View - I have eaten at many places and the view at Oskars is hands down the best on the coast, having breakfast at Oskars on a Saturday is an great way to start the weekend, and the meals are always right on point.

Love Oskars and went again recently.
I usually enjoy the coconut prawns and salmon but recently chose the lamb shoulder, a share meal for 2-3.
Was a fabulous choice and we couldn't finish it all between the two of us.
Amazing feed and brilliant views, as always!

My first perception on arrival was, what a tasteful, modern restaurant with an unobstructed continuous view of the coastlines, rising up from the distance the cluster of skyscraper of Surfers Paradise. Inside has charcoal floor tiles, with a large matching carpeted dining area, separated from the serving station, by strategically placed large green pot plants, flowing out to a side covered alfresco. In the entrance on the wall, two very striking paintings and a modern sculptured art work. The ceiling is white with down lights, tables and chairs are comfortable in a light grey shade, the bar on the opposite side to the entrance is very attractive, and set off by a long white leather couch, with a range of cushions of varying design. Award winning seafood for a reason - can't get closer to the ocean! Amazing views, good wine list and attentive staff. Don't forget your sunnies!
Often use for business lunches.

Highly recommended restaurant in the GC. It's literally only a 5 min drive from Broadbeach. Great food, great presentation and service. We sat on the balcony right next to the ocean. They are doing renovations at the time we went (Feb 10') so the entrance was a little messy. But the staff made up for that.
