Great Customer Service, product knowledge and a amazing range of bonsai's. The owners are a lovely Persian couple who have extensive knowledge on all the different bonsai trees and how to care for them. I purchased a small bonsai which the gentleman gave to me at a discounted price and made sure I new how to care for the tree properly. They are kind, organised people who I could not imagine ever being rude. As I have talked to them as few times for lengthy period's I have come to see how many time wasters they get and all the effort they put in for nothing in return. I think (to the person who commented about them being rude for asking if you wanted to buy or browse) they had closed for the day and where happy to open for you if you wanted to buy but if you where just browsing it would have been a lot of work to open up for nothing. I would have asked the same thing myself. Over all they are lovely people with awesome knowledge and a great range of ...read more
Disappointed and insulted.
The photos on the Coventry Market website look fantastic and appeared to be what I was after. I came down on a Sunday to look in-store and purchase one as a gift. The shop was closed, despite saying open on a Sunday online. That wasn't too much of a big deal.
I asked the lady nearby, I'm guessing the owner, if the Bonsai place was still open in the markets. She was very rude- asking if I was wanting to buy or just look, asking if I was a serious buyer before she will consider opening up the shop. How insulting! Yes, I did intend to buy. I did not need the shop to be opened for me. I was happy to return another day. Not anymore though! Go to Lee's Bonsai World down the road or anywhere else in Perth!
