Osmen Outdoor Furniture

I placed and paid for an order over 6 months ago and have had nothing but trouble. I received second hand items, despite ordering new, a table top was damaged and several cushions were missing.
The only time I hear from Osmen is when I call them. The customer service is disgraceful.
Why are they selling used items as new? Why does it take more than 6 months to replace damaged items and fulfill an order?
Why is there no offer of refund or compensation?
I will never use this company again.

I wanted to purchase an outdoor lounge setting, but it was important to me from the very start that I was able to cover it up, as it was going to be sitting outside with no shelter. I discussed this with the fast talking store manager at Belrose, and she said she had a suitable cover to fit the setting. I then bought the furniture and the cover at the same time.

On delivery day I called up to make absolutely sure that the cover would also be coming with the furniture. I'd been told that the company would call me to give me a 3-hour window of time of delivery, but they didn't call. However, the cover did turn up. Awful experience in this store. My husband and I spent hundreds of dollars in this shop and when we tried to return one item the man in the shop was so rude and would not except for us to have a refund. You would think seeing as we had purchased many other items they would have excepted this. Very unprofessional and we certainly will not be shopping here again nor will be recommending this store to others. Very let down. Items also are extremely over priced for the quality of them. We could have got better from a $2 shop for half the price. WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE!
