I did not want to write a review but I should because I head up the workshop for almost 3 years here after spending 12.5 years at a naval defence contractor. I actually have nothing to complain about, this could be because I have been in the workforce for a very long time and I am not a keyboard warrior. The company should really put out incentives to the international companies they service to receive reviews because they would have a bulk of good reviews. They predominantly service international customers, so they do have a need for people who speak different languages because it makes communications alot smoother. I had requested for a move to VIC from WA, which they have accomodated.

Honest review. I have decided to write this review and I saw a very disgruntled ex-employee incompetent writing a review. Approx 8 hours a day for 2 years. But they gave me an excellent reference for my first overseas role so I am happy to write this review as I was trained on the job despite not having any experience. I am now going to take up role at their client MSC for next 2 year contract starting March 2023 in London which I could not be more excited about.

1. offers cash in hand to all new employees.
2. No overtime is paid for office employee, coz as per them office work is easy and cant qualify for overtime.
3. Any financial loss which happens to be in the ship supply business has to beared by the employee whereas on the other hand if you make them profit that is part of your job.
4. Only hires fresh graduate students, migrants who are desperate for their first job.
5. Working hours can be as long as 10-12 hours in a day.

Took over a week to return a simple technical quotation, while misleading that it would be 'today' over and over again. This delay gravely inconvenienced the company. Un-professional and poor when it comes to efficiency. Do not recommend.
