Ottoman Kebabs & Pizza

Took an hour to get to me when SMS said 45 mins and when I got it the kebab was stone cold felt like it had been sitting there the whole hour it took to get to me and drinks were not cold they were room temperature, will not be buying from there again as it was b

Worst kebab shop I've ever went to. Brought it home to eat it, realized that they didnt put much lamb in it. Every kebab shop i've been to put alot of lamb in their kebabs, its almost a tradition. Getting to the end of the kebab(say about 2-3inches left) I realized all I was eating was the bread, onions, garlic sauce and lettuce...NO LAMB left. Threw it in the bin in disgust.I also notice that they hide their ingredients(lettuce, tomato, onion etc) behind a blurred plastic cover so customers dont see it(If you go into food shops most of them show their ingredients so you make up your mind on that one).



No Thanks never going back there again.

Kebabs are average but pizza'a are shockingly disgusting. Customer service very arrogant and rude. Don't know how they are still in business with the attitude they have to regular customers. My garlic bread was frozen when i brang it home. Once i complained about their tasteless pizza's they got mad and would not even over to replace my garlic bread. My advice to them stick to what you know if you can't make pizza's hire someone that does and LEARN. Worst pizza's ever tasted not only by me but my girlfriend, cousins, parents and sisters. That is 9 people that will never step foot in that shop.
