We are a small boutique pasta manufacturer located in the Otway Region of Victoria. Here are a few points on why our pasta is a real stand out!

We only use the finest quality Australian ingredients.

â??Trueâ?� Free Range Eggs that are local to the Otway Region.

We use a special blend of Durum Wheat Semolina, â??00â?� White Flour and Organic Khorasan Flour. These flours are the highest quality available in Australia. Our pasta is manufactured using an authentic Italian process on a machine that was imported from Italy over 30 years ago.
