I have just had a wonderful experience with Nicole who helped me with my purchase of an S26 Verve Scooter. Moving from a car to a scooter is not an easy transition but in my situation of having MS I have no choice, and the transition has been made so much easier with the help of Nicole, who was polite, cheerful, helpful, and patient with me throughout the whole procedure. The communications during the purchase and delivery were excellent and the scooter arrived within a couple of days.
It is difficult purchasing a product unseen and untried, but the assistance we received in answering all our questions prior to purchase satisfied us that we were making the right decision.
On arrival the scooter has met all our expectations.
