Out & About - Wine Tours

Buyer beware. This is a winery tour and therefor people are drinking. One of our guests was refused service as one winery throughout the day & this tour company used this as a reason to withhold the return of our bond. They claim 'brand damage' yet are unable to measure this and decide how much to take from your bond. Very dodgy operation. Becareful - we are reviewing our next steps with this tour operator.

Great business! Steve was very professional during the booking process and also when answering all of my questions. On the day, the food was fantastic and the staff were genuinely interested in making sure we had a good time and that our event went off without a hitch.

From booking our tour to the actual day my experience was great. My contact at Out & About was Steve who was very helpful and even suggested which wineries would suit our group. The whole day was well organised, lunch was yummy and our host was a lot of fun.
