Outback Adventures Camping Stores

i live in north lakes 25km from morayfield, more than 3 weeks ago i ordered a 3 xl vest and they assured me it would arrive next friday, i went on monday and i was told they had ordered it and it would be matters of days, after more than 3 weeks I come back they tell me they forgot to order it.

Purchased an item that was not up to standard. Wanted to return as it didn't do what was stated on the package. They refused. I wouldn't purchase from this store again.

I bought an item that said 'multi-fit' on the package, only to find it didn't fit when I tried it out. Staff have been well trained in the 'WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS' department. It's a pity they're not so well trained in service or product knowledge. I got store credit but I won't? be back to use it. There are plenty of other camping stores.

Stay away!!!! By far the worst experience I have had with any store!! I purchased a swag online from this store, when it arrived it was wrapped in black shrink wrap, not in the box these swags normally come in, then when I opened it, the canvas was ripped and one of the pole clips snapped. (So my guess is they said it was new but it was display stock) I contacted the store, was told on 4 different occasions they would call back, never did. Then when I got hold of the manager he said he would send a new clip and refund some of the purchase price to get it repaired....... I never received the clip or refund. They still won’t return my calls, so I then went to “The Office Of Fair Trading “ . They contacted the store and now the store is flat refusing to do anything to rectify there bad, unprofessional conduct.
