Outback Jacks Bar & Grill

I have tried this restaurant three times, once when first opened put down to that, second time a couple of years ago said I would not be back it was absolutely shocking, well my girls & I would give to a go, it has not improved any, the food was cold, not cooked properly, paid far too much for sub standard food, considering it was not cooked properly it took over hour to come out, that's it we will never never going again call yourselves a restauran, what a joke

Personal I like outback jacks. Let's be honest there isn't that many grills around Logan. Bit surprised by the negative comments cause I don't have these issues. Also I don't find them costly at all. I mean you don't go to these type of places every night so taking your partner there once or twice a month isn't going to brake the bank.

Had a great night...the atmosphere, staff and food were good.

Only negative is you need cash for drinks....I had to wander down the street to an ATM after I'd ordered a drink at the bar.

I'd go again.

I am always willing to try a restaurant at least 3 times before I pass judgement, but the buck stopped the second time round. the thing that gets me is inconsistency - you know when the place has staffing problems when your meals turn out completely different than the first time?... maybe different cooks on at the time... but thats no excuse, I just didn't want to risk what I got the third time because this place is too pricy to have to assume your meal will turn out the way it is supposed too.



I learnt a very good lesson after I ate here the second time.... if the meal doesn't turn out 100% as expected walk out without touching your meal.



that should make up for the time wasted sitting there waiting for an un-desirable overpriced meal.

I went there recently with my wife and kids my youngest was in a pram the staff at the front made a bit of an awkward situation when staff asked us to sit outside with the pram, the food was ok except my wife order medium rare and part of her steak was completly raw cost $100 by the end of the meal way over priced and not family friendly only good thing was the table service was good besides that nothing i would not go back as i could spend 100 on something far better
