Outback Jacks Bar & Grill

Shocking. We will never go back. Never told us that you have to eat 10kgs of chips before you can get more ribs and wings with the all you can eat special. Onion rings were oily with no onions inside just raw dough. New owners are unfriendly and the food is terrible.

It's average, the staff are very nice and try hard but everytime I've been there there's been a problem with our food or we've watched another table have issues with theirs. I once got served a brown avocado...it looked disgusting, how it was put on my plate was beyond me!

Horrendous experience.

Our booking for 15 was 'lost' - staff located the booking an hour later for the next night - but they managed to squeeze some tables together. The seats were crammed together too tight, difficult to fit around the table and get the plates on the table.

Absolutely appauling!! Overpriced for meals that are nothing special. Staff who dont know their menu, worse management who dont care about keeping customers happy. Will never be going back and would never recommend ANYONE eating there.

Went to outback jacks on a Saturday night for a birthday dinner. Reserved a table for

7:30pm - arrived at 7:15pm and ordered meals by 7:30.. And did not recieve them until 9:20pm. Other customers were walking in & receiving there meals & leaving and we were still waiting. Food was nothing great. Our waiter gave us a round of free soft drinks but after waiting for over an hour and a half for a burger a meal should have been free - no apology from management and they weren't even a full house that night. Will never go back again.
