I’m so upset and disappointed in outer glow beauty Saratoga. I had booked in with my grandmother, the morning of my appointment I called and canceled my grandmother as she’d had a fall at 92 years old and wasn’t up to get her nails done with me, so I went to the appointment. I intently felt the anger in the monther and daughter that own the salon, while I got my nails done Kim the (mother)was telling me how rude it was to chop and change to having something done now not having something done, she said they are so busy you can’t just deside not to have something done because we lose money. They both made me feel so upset I cried. I had been going to this shop before they owned it and when they overtook it. I thought it was meant to be relaxing so disappointed.
I could never imagine Kim and Latoya being rude to any of their customers. Put yourself in their shoes if you had a small business and had other people on a waiting list for appointments and you’ve booked in for an hours worth of treatments but decide when you show up that you only want about half hours worth of treatments, that’s now money they have lost as they could have had another 2 clients in the other half hour. There’s two sides to every story.
