Called up Adam and told him my issues with my evaporative cooler. Not only did he offer to fix it the next day (when no one else would) but he gave me advice on what i could do before he arrived to try and get it going again. He was well priced and turned up when he said he would. Great guy and great workmanship
Adam serviced my evaprative cooling system. He replied promptly via email and arrived on time.
He completed the repairs promptly and ensured i was always kept up to date with what was happening. He went above what i expected and would gladly use his services again. I would highly recommended outwest heating.
Adam and his colleagues are incredibly professional, thorough and genuinely will go that extra mile to meet client needs. When a part under warranty needed replacement last week, Adam went into bat for us to ensure we had heating with only a two day delay, instead of three weeks as reported by the manufacturer. Not only that, he ensured that the installation of the new part was significantly reduced in comparison to the quote provided by the maufacturer. He then followed up with us three days later to make certain that the installation had occurred. Exceptional service!
