Ouzeria

Have been going to this restaurant over many years but a change of management sadly sees me saying goodbye. Same menu but cutting corners on the quality we've been used to and lack lustre/confused service. Booked a table but nothing reserved when we arrived - lucky there were spaces and now I know why! A shame to see a good restaurant go downhill.

Very delicious food! We had the calamari and the seafood plate as a main to share. Good we did that as it was a huge plate! Staff was very nice. The only downside was that we requested more bread ( as the plate came with it) and we were charged $6 just for 2 small pieces.

Went here for a family dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The Roast Greek Lamb dish was a favourite among a few, while I thoroughly enjoyed the Vegetarian Souvlaki. Good prices. Will definitely head here again!

It's been ages since we ate there so headed back. The staff were very accommodating of us turning up without a booking early on a Friday night and with a pram, finding a good table and tucking the pram away. I had the squid and it was just as divinely tender as ever. I had the roasted potatoes on the side and they were delicious also. Tho together as a meal I felt a bit heavy on the oil by the end adn should really have ordered a fresh salad too.

Love love love Ouzeria. The meat is always tender and so divinely cooked in spices, the owner is always so helpful in helping you select both food and wine and likes to give information about them both. Perfect location across from the beach for lunch and dinner.
