Overloaded Burger Specialist

I recently tried this place out cause a mate had a scoopon he needed to use up. Decor wise, it's small, brightly lit by flourescent lights and had kind of a hole-in-the-wall type feeling to it. Staff here were mostly Latin American and the flavours of their food definitely alluded to that influence. I had the beef burger (overloaded burger), which was huuuuge and juicy, with a side of chips and some chimichurri sauce. Would come again and it's one of the more reasonably priced burger joints in Footscray.
Footscray is known for its Asian and African restaurants, but with places like Overloaded popping up burgers might soon be added to that list.

We recently discovered this place through a scoopon voucher, based on the more quiet strip of Footscray. A small burger place at first glace you would question what am I up for. The burgers were huge, we both chose the overload burger which included Beef, Double cheese, Bacon, Egg, Lettuce, Tomato, Red onion, Fancy with freshly cooked chips cooked to perfection. The burgers were so delicious, with chimi churri sauce that we had ordered on the side to add additional taste if needed. What we mostly enjoyed apart from the delicious burger were the friendly staff, the owner came out a few times to have a chat with us and ensure all was ok. The staff were all down to earth, with the way the burgers are nicely presented you can tell right away that there gourmet burgers made with the freshest ingredients all with the south american texture to it! We will definetly like to return again and try out other food they have on the menu!
