Positives: good empty carpark, good range - Nikon, Canon, Olympus, etc.
Negitives: bad driveway entry to the empty carpark, limited stock (only display stock for items in early days of a catalogued special), extremely poor after-sales service (for a very simple request).
Not competitive on price at all, lacklustre sales staff. Requests for assistance via phone and online were slow (still waiting for response and assistance a month later).
Highly recommend you purchase from another place. Extremely disappointed in service at this specialty camera store.
