I was left underwhelmed when I discovered that I had paid one-third more on a pump because that constituted "advice" and "it is what it is". I felt sorry at their line of their line of thought that was lesser on winning and retaining customers and more on bottom-lines. Hopefully this changes.

Amazing service. The pump to my house died on me. Graham was able to give me some indication of different options based on the pump I had. He was out that afternoon and managed to fix rather than replace. Didn't try and sell me something I didn't need. Genuine service. Highly recommended!
