Well you can't satisfy everyone, and this man was a customer from h***. We remember it as the "rangehood filter emergency".



They placed an order for a rangehood filter late Thursday which they understood that we would be ordering from Fisher and Paykel in Brisbane. This required 2 business days to arrive. We placed the order on Fisher and Paykel immediately and true enough it arrived into our store late Monday.



Not good enough for customer. They called first first thing Monday demanding to know why the part had not already been delivered to their premised. They then proceeded to verbally abuse every member of staff unlucky enough to take their call. This abuse continued the following day when the couriers had not yet delivered the part to them. We then cancelled and refunded the sale and suggested that they take their business elsewhere in future.

Isaac, you have posted your review against Oxford Appliance Parts, a parts store in Bondi Rd, Bondi. We do not do service visits, so you must have been dealing with Oxford Service, a different business. In any case your complaint is unreasonable. You arranged for a service company to examine your appliance and they performed the service that you requested and charged you according to the terms that you agreed to when you booked the service.
