If I didn't have to use Oxworks Brendale again it would be too soon. It took 6 days to get a quote from them which was confusing so I did another drawing explaining again what I wanted and it still took me to call them 3 days later before someone called me back and that was after I complained to management. When I finally got my order there was a set of hinges short and railings and posts extra I didn't need. When I rang to complain and ask if they would deliver the hinges I needed I was meet with sarcasm, smugness and blame being thrown on me. They take no responsibility for getting orders wrong and you can't return anything if they do. Use them with extreme caution.
