all smiles when you want to buy, spent over $5000.00 on furniture and chairs when back after 18 months complaining about chairs saged bad response from the staff didnt want to go at their way anymore not like smiles when came to buy there answer no warranty on chairs anymore 1 year warranty..

The day when I went into this store is the worst day of my life. I purchased tho items from them, sofa and a year and a half latter coffee table combined with TV unit.



Six months after I bought sofa (corner one) it started to fell apart, it took them four months to repair it, still was not happy with repair.



I have ordered the TV unit and coffee table in mid December last year, estimated delivery was late January. Still did not get the TV unit, since I had to return it twice. Drawers couldn't close properly, the front edge had a 3 cm damage, the coffee table has a lamp in the middle, lacquer is pealing off.

The worst store ever, staff very, very rude, unprofessional. Never ever that store!

This shop has beautiful furniture which is well made and although not cheap is well worth buying. Modern designs with plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful too. It is in the Homemaker Centre at Northland so you can look around at other shops while there.
