Terrible business. I purchased parasailing for my partner and myself and it has been 2 months I have been trying to get in contact with them
On this mobile number on the website, left sms, voice message and no reply or confirmations. No effort. So I called groupon to refund me. I would never use this place - so disrespectful. If you can't give customer service how safe would I be doing parasailing with your business ?
Atrocious customer service, did not show up to the agreed time for the booking and made absolutely no effort to contact to notify of any cancellation or change,

I agree they are a terrible business. I demanded a refund from groupon after trying to contact them for 2 months - really sad
