Horrible experience! The groomer cut my dog which required surgery - not even an apology from the business owner - she was far too busy telling me it was all my fault and to go elsewhere to think about providing a level of customer service that would match a situation like this. Way more interested in money than thinking about her clients - accidents happen but they way she dealt with this was appalling. Don't ever take your dog to be clipped without knowing that your pet may end up needing surgery!

DO NOT USE OZ WAGTAILS. I stupidly signed my little dog up for Training as well as Daycare. Once they take your money, they couldnt care less about you. Only good thing is the Beach days out. Find somewhere else, it's also overpriced. if your an animal lover, trust me.

Was put in charge of boarding my Blue Cattle Dog. Whilst in her care. My dog disappeared, and they refused to even compensate me in any way. This is no joke. But in short. Keep you dog at home.

I sent my dog to "daycare" - not only a huge waste of money but my dog has now learnt to jump and lick everyone, and pull on the lead. When mentioning it to staff they laughed it off and told me I need to go to obedience training. I was being told to train my dog for problems they had created. If you think you are doing your dogs a favour by sending them to "daycare" - just take a look at the tiny cages the dogs are kept in (a lot longer than staff admit to). Your dog would be much better off at home with a bone, or a regular boarding kennel where at least you get what you pay for, or even better get a friend to mind your pet. I stupidly signed up for obedience classes. Do not let the instructor take the lead - your dog will be yanked about by its head until it shuts down and is petrified of the trainer. To which you will be told to do more homework. Take your dog for a walk and keep it away from Oz Wagtails!
