Being new to the world of Type 2 Diabetes, I was confused and unsure about medications and procedures (Confusing doctor!). To the great credit of the team here I left the pharmacy with my head in a much better place. Thank you for your time, expertise and tolerance. This is how a Chemist should be, a service to the community and a font of knowledge.

Oze Pharmacy is the most unreliable and unprofessional pharmacy around Blacktown. I ordered a product and was promised to get it in by the next day. Went to pick up the order 2 days later I was told that it was never ordered hence they can't do anything about it. It was disappointing as I specifically mentioned the urgency and importance to get the product by a certain time. Don't jeopodise your prescriptions by using this Pharmacy as you might be left without your medicine when you need it most just like I was let down!!!
