I purchased an outdoor dining setting last year. It was damaged when it arrived (the plastic ends of the chairs were broken and the glass top was marked). I was sent replacement plastic ends which continually break and it took 2 months and the threat of Dept of Fair Trading to get the glass replaced. Now the backing on the replacement glass is crumbling off and I'm trying to get it replaced. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Beware!
Nothing but trouble with faulty merchandise from the get-go and a company that doesn't seem to want to know you after they've pocketed your money. The products come from China and that's where the after-sales staff are located too. The staff in the sales room in Australia won't talk to you about after sales service and just keep referring you overseas where nothing gets done. I'm now stuck with broken furniture which is under warrantly according to the website but no-one from M8R8 will assist at all.
