Booked an airport pickup with rear facing baby seat and driver had no seat. When asked he said no seat was booked and I said yes it was I have the email confirmation. He thenchecked and simaod it’s here I didn’t see it so what do u want to do. He didn’t offer a solution eg calking and getting a seat ur another car so I said well we’ll go to the taxi rank then and get them to call a taxi with a seat.
I booked specifically as my 9mo needs a seat and we didn’t have time to wait. I almost missed my appointment because of the delay.
When I rang to complain and cancel the return transfer the person seemed disinterested and said they’d take it on board but offered no apology.
Don’t waste your time or money, look elsewhere!

After investigation, It was unfortunate our driver that greeted you at the airport wasn't able to inform you, that our original driver had been held up on his previous job ( with baby seat ) and was intransit from BNE international terminal to drop off the baby seat for our stand-in driver that greeted you.
Would like to inform OZSCOTT, has purchased another two fully approved Australian Standard baby seats and installing extra anchor points in all our vehicles to over come any unforeseen circumstances that you experienced.
