Called Peter to ask advice about our machine. He was able to confirm that the problem was most likely a broken drainage pump. Knowing that i'd already removed the pump and it was simple to install a new one he offered to sell me a new part and left it at an agreed address for me to pick up. Found him very agreeable to deal with. The pump worked out cheaper than the one i was hoping to order online. : )
