Car went back four times, parts left in car that should have been put back and overspray all over car. Bumper bar was falling off after a day and management said it should be like it and would have it fixed. Returned to find it wasn't fixed?!
Poorly managed and all the work look like it was done by apprentices, where is the professionals in this place I don't know.
Go anywhere but here as you will regret sending work their way!
Absolutely terrible!
As a recommended repairer of Suncorp Insurance I would have thought they would provide a professional service. Their phone manner and the like is fine, however the end result of repairs is far less than professional. Not only did they take the entire 14 days (before Suncorp would be required to pay for a rental car), the vehicle had to go back to get their bad workmanship fixed, another 3 days and it is still not correct. I guess I'll deal with it now, I'm not taking it back to them only to find that they ruin something else.
Poor workmanship, bad paint finish, terrible buff job, the list goes on.
Highly unrecommended.
