Poor customer service poor business management its funny cause I've been in business and also managed businesses and my approach was to always be honest with the consumer and never rob them of their rights, and when you get someone on the phone who says to a consumer " I've been in business for 22 years" anyone can go in business but its your personality and good customer service that will excel a business further, my rating in their customer service is no star at all!!!!!
