Finally got a opportunity to deal with P1 Plumbing and electrical. My colleague is a great fan of this company. He called them for all his plumbing works and that is how I came to know about them. I wanted to do a carbon monoxide test for my Vulcan gas heater which was more than 20 years old. Contacted them to come on a working day and I took half day off. The quality of the work did not drop a single bit even though the price was cheap. Standard quality from a experienced technician. Now on I woulcall them first for any plumbing issues like my colleague.

I was cheated by a falsely advertised company and overcharged me. I had to end by giving them quarter of the amount without completing the work. Used Priority One Plumbing about four times now. My biggest job which was done recently was to install a brand new hot water unit. The team did the job perfectly. Along with that fixed my leaking tap in the kitchen and bathrooms too. They completed the job without any inconvenience to me and we are back with the hot water again.
I would say they are completely competent and professional, having a good pricing structure. If you want no more plumbing issues or headaches try them. In my case they were fair to me and call out fee was waived after accepting their quote. Peace of mind is priceless and they guarantee the work performed. P1 Plumbing and Electrical offer a very efficient and professional service. From the first call, I was reassured that a technician would come to quote and review the possible work. Adam who was my initial contact was great. He was only called out to replace a stove but he noticed my power box was out dated and a safety risk. Dennis, another technician came later to do the big job of replacing the power box and safety checks. Dennis was an experienced and senior level plumber. He after completing the job checked things if everything is safe and notified me everything. Will not go for other plumber when P1 Plumbing and Electrical is there.

Yesterday I used your services for the first time and will certainly be booking with your company again. Joseph came to install a cistern which I have already purchased. He replaced the old one with new. The connections of the toilet was too old so he did a new pipework too. Along with that job he assisted me in check pressure of all taps. The kitchen tap had low pressure so Joseph did the necessary fittings and fixtures to fix it. I was impressed as he went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service possible.
