Waldo I get the impression this establishment just hasnt got it together, can't really pin point the problem but lets disect their Steak Sanga - Perfect one day, inedible the next? Fresh crisp flavours disappointingly replaced with stringy yellow rocket, thick clumsy tomatoe, soggy grated cheese over a less than adequately prepared grey steak slipped between what could have been the crusty ends of a tip top loaf; condiment was no compliment either, a runny thin, something?
Coffee is always great, hot and full of flavour. Service can at times be a little short on the customer focus, more on the business goings on. Fellas you dont want your customers hearing your gripes across the counter.
Concentrate on making a customer impression that is lasting. Effort always will be awarded, always. If its done right today and every othrr day.
Effort fellas, for the customer. For the customer deserves.

Awful service. I waited 30 minutes for mushrooms on toast and had to witness a loud argument between the management, and another customer - a lady who rightly asked them to check their calculations with her order because it didn't add up to her and she thought she was overcharged. The management told her rudely to go and sit down - she stood her ground and insisted - she turned out to be right. After I heard this argument, I checked my own bill and discovered the same thing - so asked the management to check the bill and refund what was overcharged. They practically threw my change at me and gave me $2 as a refund, instead of the $4 I was owed. I couldn't be bothered asking again - I just wanted to get out of there.
Hello,
Came in only for a coffee after lunch at the pub. Coffee was ok. Service seems friendly enough. Pablo&Rusty's have a big range of cakes and pastry in the glass cabinet. Services Single origin coffee. Like how they have Jam of the day. Palm sugar on the table as well as raw sugar. Worth a look and a try.
This little cafe opposite Epping Station serves great coffee. The vibe is relaxed and the barista is friendly, so it's an ideal spot for a weekend cup of coffee. I also ordered a yoghurt and muesli cup which is good. There doesn't seem to be a huge breakfast menu so I wouldn't come expecting to have a hot cooked breakfast.
