Pablo

It's always much appreciated when colleagues bring you food, but especially moreso when you know that they've probably had to queue to get said food. On this occasion it was a Pablo cheese tart, the latest in a line of famous Japanese dessert chain stores to open in Sydney. I liked Pablo's cheesetart but the flavour is a lot more subtle compared to a Hokkaido cheesetart.
