Was appointed to Dr.low, waited for 2.5hrs then I asked how long I'm in waiting list so, that so called Dr answered I don't know who you are, just sit and keep waiting outside because basically he was taking his community first and was pushing me back as I saw him taking all the pt's who came after me and please don't give any excuse as I saw a 2 patient came after me paid after me but went to see Dr before me then I asked receptionist to appoint me another Dr which was brother of previous one I wanted to get pre medical assessment and fit2work certificate so, he only gave me pre medical assessment and after that he said if you want fit2work then agian you have to pay 85$ and wait in the que again for my turn. I have never seen system like this. Never recommend this medical centre even it's last left on this earth. A big ? mark on management of this centre.
Facilities are good. However some doctors especially the one I saw today, doesn't have any people skills. He used a very rude tone. Suggested if I was that concerned about my daughter, i should take her to the hospital and "put her on drips". refused to see me after the scan. Never want to see him again. If possible Im changing the centre because of that doctor in room 18 today !!!
I am most concerned that on Sunday, February 12, I was turned away from the medical centre because the centre was not taking any more patients. The centre advertises that it is open til 10pm but, obviously, the definition of "open" does not mean "open to the public" but "open for the staff". My arrival at 9:48 meant that staff might have to work beyond 10pm and that, I assume, is the reason Iwas turned away. If the hours are not till 10pm, it would be appropriate to change the advertising. I also have work hours where I deal with the public and the hours I advertise are those I make myself available. That is, If I say I am available until 10pm, if a client arrives at 9:59, I am still a available, even if have to stay beyond 10pm. That is how a service business works. I guess I should have read the reviews of the practice, first. Reviews of my practice do not include complaints that I do not make myself available. That shows the difference in attitudes to clients, ...read more
We came in 9.45pm 26/2/16 to see the doctor. But receptionist said the doctors are no longer seeing patients. It's supposed to be close at 10pm. My daughter had a temperature and her ear is really hurting. We just need advice and meds. I pleaded and pleaded but was refused to see the doctor. Credit to receptionist as she asked the doctor to see one more patient but doctor refused to see my daughter. Disappointed with these doctors.
