Pacific Palms Recreation Club

Wow, never have we been made to feel so unwelcome anywhere in Australia! We stopped by for a drink on at about 5pm, and sat in the garden (views are magnificent!), with our 2 year old. I went upstairs to get us all a drink, to see that the bar had a sign informing me it was closed. So I popped my head into the Pokies area to ask where I could get a drink from (yes I know I am not allowed to take a 2 year old into the gaming room) this is why I only popped my head in. Before I could even open my mouth a lovely staff member yelled at me to not let my sin enter the room (yes I KNOW this, I'm not in the room!!). I got a word in to ask where I could get a drink from then, considering the bar adjoining the pokie room bar was closed (even though it was all the same bar), he said he would serve me there.. Great place to knock down a few beers. Great steaks and prices are perfect. Your pocket will surely feel welcome here.
