Had a horrible time dealing with the management when booking in. We were intending to stay for 7 nights and friends of ours were booking for 3. However, the management rang our friends to be generally menacing and abusive about booking a 3 day stay over the Christmas break. They stated that they did not offer 3 night stays during Christmas. We clarified with wotif that we had every right to book for the advertised duration (as that was what was on Wotif). They then threatened to make our friends stay miserable if they went through with the booking and as a result, make our stay unpleasant too. We have since cancelled our booking and will be taking this matter further. Please do not stay here.
