Really gentle dentist, dr jess kept me calm during the whole process. Great team of people there at North Lakes, you can understand why they are busy!

Rude staff, charged when I was told would not be charged to check a filling done 3 weeks prior. Change appointments. Check the attitude.

Asked for an appointment a week ago. Been ringing every day waiting for someone to get back to me as promised......... still waiting. My tooth could fall out in the meantime. Not feeling very cared about. What do I need to do to get them to call back with an appointment????

Always have had a good experience here apart from the last time. Out usual dentist wasn't available so saw another. Not as happy with him which didn't make for a great visit and wasn't great with our child either. Next time we will wait till our usual one has an appointment who is fantastic.

Absolutely useless, waste of time. Make appointment, receptionist rings back and confirms appointment, show up and have lost all trace of appointment. Wouldn't bother again with this business, dentists have long enough waiting times for appointments for twits to lose them.
