Has anyone had any experience with Pacific Trees QLD? ( http://www.pacifictrees.com.au/ )
I purchased $10,000+ worth of mature trees recently. The trees I ordered were between 3m and 4m in height. When they were delivered they were already close to being dead. Since being delivered and only a very short time frame after being planted, a few have completely died. Bruce who is the owner has been avoiding fixing / replacing the dead trees. I paid allot of money for them and he seems to have done a runner with my money.
Bruce continues to not return emails or phone calls, if he does agree to come out and inspect the trees and replace them he never shows up and does not notify me he is not coming or why he did not come.
At this point I am going to have to take this further legally however would like to know if anyone has had previous experience with this business?
I would avoid this company at all costs.
